The Employers Association of Florida
(EAF) is a non-profit members supported association. It is
an association of employers organized to provide a forum for the
purpose of creating and maintaining a stable environment of
positive employer/employee relations in the Florida business
community.
This forum, through research by EAF,
allows for the exchange of information and ideas, keeping the
public informed as to the facts affecting employer/employee
relations and personnel policies. |

EAF represents close to 750 companies with 300,000 employees in
virtually every business sector.
EAF is an integral element of the
national Employers Association Group/National Association of
Manufacturers, which represents almost 60,000 companies and
close to 7,000,000 employees nationwide.
The services and resources provided
by EAF to it's member companies is broad based and timely.
