Pre-Supervisory Skills Development Workshop. During these
difficult and challenging times, this skill-based program can
greatly assist and support your management team by enabling new and
inexperienced frontline supervisory and lead staff to perform at
their very best! This is a 2-day, highly interactive skills
development workshop designed specifically to immediately increase
the value and maximize the performance of those employees who have
had limited supervisory training and/or experience as well as those
