“YOU, Inc.” is a 3 hour interactive workshop
(discussion, individual & group exercises) designed to provide
participants with an increased awareness of the need for personal
responsibility, accountability, commitment, and pride in individual
job performance, quality, and productivity. This workshop is ideal
for entry-level supervisory and/or administrative support staff. As
such, “YOU, Inc.” has been designed to meet the following learning
objectives:
• Instill a sense of personal pride, responsibility, and ownership
for quality and productivity by creating a personal attitude of
continuous improvement and individual job performance excellence.
• Examine and understand the relationships and impact between
quality of individual job performance and organizational success.
• Create a mind-set that emphasizes the value of personal quality
performance as a tool to improve employee satisfaction, reduce
job-related stress, and improve internal relationships.
• Recognize & respond to personal and organizational performance
barriers.
• Examine “best practices” for personal performance improvement.
• Increase sense of personal job satisfaction and a sense of value;
• Improve internal interactions and relationships.
