“Managing Organizational Conflict” is a 7-hour
interactive workshop designed to provide participants
with an increased awareness of the need to recognize
and respond appropriately to workplace conflict issues
and concerns. This workshop is highly interactive and
includes small group discussions, a Case Study, and
personal exercises designed to improve skills in
effectively managing conflict in the workplace. The learning objectives of this course include the
following:
• To increase personal understanding of workplace
conflict and its impact on individual, team,
and organizational performance. • To increase knowledge and
understanding of
the sources of workplace conflict. • Learn six (6) specific
Conflict Management
Styles. • Learn Conflict Resolution Techniques.
To increase employee awareness of personal responsibility
and accountability for maintaining a workplace free
