"No Show" Policies:
TRAINING: Substitutions
may be made at any time. If you must cancel, please call us to free up the
space for another attendee. A full refund will be made if the cancellation
is received four or more business days prior to the program. After this
time, those who cancel with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full
nonrefundable credit. Registrants who do not cancel with 24 hours notice
and who do not attend are liable for the entire fee.
