EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR LAW

THE PROBLEM

Employment litigation claims are in-creasing steadily, and they are more costly then ever to defend.  Plus the law in this area is constantly evolving with new court decisions interpreting these laws on a continuing basis.

THE SOLUTION

Training, training and more training!  You must train your supervisors and managers in the law, their responsibilities under the law, and the exposure (both individual and company) for their failure to follow and implement the law appropriately.

OUR PROGRAM

These employment and labor law training programs are designed for all levels of supervisors and managers (up to 25 in each session).  They can  be combined for a one-day seminar, spread out over time, or just one can be selected.  You choose the format that works best for you!

STAYING UNION-FREE IN THE 21st CENTURY (4 HOURS)

Unions are back stronger than ever and armed with new tactics, more money than ever before, and a union-friendly Labor Board.  Union organizing is the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY of labor.  To emphasize the point, Labor commits to spend millions on organizing each year.  Because of this deluge of union money, NLRB election victories have increased dramatically in favor of unions.

Supervisors and Managers must be trained:

  • to defend against determined union organizing efforts.

  • to identify and stop the early warning signs of union activity.

  • to articulate your company’s union-free status

  • to be strong advocates for the employee’s right to stay union free.
