Join EAF

Dues are payable annually based on the number of employees located in the state for which you are applying for membership. If you are a multi-state organization and are interested in membership in more than one state or nationally, please contact EAF for membership options.

For-Profit Rte	Non-Profit Rate
$5/per employee ($550 min/$3,000 max)	$2.50/per employee ($375 min/$1,500 max)
