EAF, please provide the following information. EAF will follow-up with a
membership application and invoice for the first year dues. Dues in EAF are based on the
population of your workforce. The current rate for a "for-profit"
organization is $5 per employee per year, with a minimum
investment of $550 per year and maximum investment of $3,000 per year, and the current rate for a
"non-profit" organization is $2.50 per employee per year, with a minimum
of $375 per year and maximum investment of $1500 per year. EAF will follow up with a
phone call to discuss this membership inquiry.
Do not make any
membership payments at this time. EAF will contact you for verification and
membership eligibility, and will send you
a membership application along with an invoice for membership dues.
