Dues are payable annually based on the number of employees located in the state of Florida.

For Profit Rate

$5.00/per employee

($550 min/$3,000 max)

Non-Profit Rate

$2.50/per employee

($375 min/$1,500 max)

Do Not Submit Membership Dues At This Time.

If eligible for membership, EAF will send you a complete membership application/invoice.
