in business, information technology and private investigations. Our
business is helping employees achieve consistent and comprehensive
background screening, while reducing their operational costs.
Edge accesses only
current public record information, as opposed to archived data, for the
purpose of pre-employment screening. Sources include government
agencies, as well as industrial and commercial sources. Edge offers a
software program for requesting reports and delivering completed reports
via modem, as well as fax service and Message Acquisition Center (MAC).

control of your background-screening program from your PC.
WebScreenSM
This innovative web-based program offers many unique features:
administrator-defined user privileges, unique reporting, analysis and
decision-making capabilities, and much more.
Messanger Acquisition Center (MAC)
The MAC screening program was specifically designed to meet the complex
demands of corporations operating at multiple sites with decentralized
staffing. MAC receives phone call requests 24 hours a day from individual
sites, providing Edge only the required applicant information and job
title. Edge then conducts searches based upon the criteria predetermined
by the corporate office, returns hiring decisions to sites and complete
reports to the corporate office.
Faxing
This method allows users
the flexibility of using fax as a single access method or combining with
WebScreenSM, FastScreen2SM or the Edge
MAC program to meet company needs.

Edge's partnering laboratories include STL,
Quest, LabCorp, LabOne and Medtox Laboratories. These laboratories are
certified and continuously monitored by institutions such as SAMHSA, DHHS,
and HRS.
Edge's program meets all regulatory agency
requirements for Drugs of Abuse testing, including Florida's Drug-Free
Workplace Program, Department of Defense (DOD), and the current Department
of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. SAMHSA certification allows us to
perform screening and confirmatory tests for all state and federal,
regulated and non-regulated testing programs.
