Safety and Medical Management, Workers Compensation Management and
Total Lost Time Management.
FMLA Administration
F&H Solutions Group offers a fully outsourced package
including the handling and tracking of all FMLA claims. A customized
FMLA database helps to identify key benchmarks in order to set
effective strategies. Monthly reports help maintain focus on
success. These services
can be priced separately or bundled as part of our Total Lost Time
Management package.
Safety and Medical Management
Enhanced safety and medical management programs will
reduce lost time significantly. Our safety experts will work with
your operations team to improve safety protocols, training and
performance. In addition, our nurse case managers will consult with
your claims administrators to be sure employees receive the
appropriate medical care and return to work promptly. These services
can be priced separately or bundled as part of our Total Lost Time
Management package.
Workers’ Compensation Management
F&H Solutions Group will take over the internal
management of your workers’ compensation program. Responsibilities
would include establishing pre-claim and post-claim procedures,
reporting claims to the insurance company or TPA, filing OSHA
reports, coordinating return to work, creating accident
investigation reports, tracking cases and monitoring the work of the
claim handlers. These services can be priced separately or bundled
as part of our Total Lost Time Management package.
Total Lost Time Management
Because there are multiple and complex causes for lost
time, it is wise to manage it from a single source. F&H Solutions
Group does this through Total Lost Time Management. With this
program we manage any type of absence, be it sick, vacation,
military, jury duty, workers’ compensation, FMLA, or short- and
long-term disability. Using all the methodologies of our other lost
time reduction services, we would then collaborate with management
and operations to focus on obtaining the best results. Pricing for
EAF members would be set below market rates with gain sharing
options.
