EAF provides many online services that are FREE to members. These Online Services are an invaluable tool for keeping on top of the current business and human resource markets.

• CCH HR Management Library gives members access to Federal & State information on regulations and policies, as well as newsletters, software for creating your own Job Descriptions and managing your Performance Reviews.

• Online Job Center provides links to various online job research centers, such as careebuilder.com, monster.com, hotjobs.com, and so many more. There are also links to member companies job sites so you can apply directly online!

• Toolkits are designed to provide a comprehensive overview and in-depth compilation of information by topic. Toolkits include articles, legal references, and web links to policies/checklists or related documents.

• HR & Labor Relations Research is beneficial to our member companies. While a large portion of this research is in response to individual company inquiries, we also publish a great deal of it so all of our member companies can share in the results of our research. Most of the research results are published online, either on a regular basis or periodically. This research includes Hot HR FAQs, Union Activity, Regulations, Policies, and Surveys just to name a few topics.

• Workforce Statistics Report provides the latest up-to-date data for Job Absence & Turnover, Consumer Price Index, Average Earnings, and Unemployment Compensation Rates.
