EAF Wage & Salary Survey
To accommodate those
members who wish to complete the Wage & Salary Survey utilizing the
"Excel Template", we are including all of the necessary materials on
this web page. You may choose to download the job index and job
descriptions in a .PDF format, or use the online pages. You must
download the "Excel Template" survey form to your computer, and
follow the instructions to complete and return to EAF. To download
the files, "right click" on the links in the column under "DOWNLOAD"
and then left click on "Save Target As". Save the file on your
computer where you want the file to reside. To view the files
online, "left click" on the following links under "VIEW".
For those of you that want to
provide the information on on a hard copy, click on the
following graphic to download a PDF copy of the wage and salary
questionnaire. Complete this form and submit to EAF.
